Hello everyone and welcome to this pre-Worlds press conference with LØS, the Brazilian team. Before we get started, I'd like to thank all the media outlets and journalists joining us today, everyone watching. And above all, the team LØS for participating in this press conference.

Maxpujs (Sheep Esports)

Hello guys, Max from Sheep Esports here. My first question is for Ackerman. I'll ask it in Spanish if you don't mind.

DecepcionDRango (La Tertulia)

Hello guys, first of all, I hope you are having a good day and thanks for being here with us. My question is for you, Enatron. During the final round of the summer split, the team played 6 crucial BO5s in 30 days. Counting both CBLOL playoffs and 2027 promotion. So, Enatron, I'm curious to know how did you handle the situation, not to only ensure that the in-game performance didn't decay, but also keep the rest and mental up in such a stressful scenario.

Enatron

First of all, I think we have a group that has a very grinding mindset. So it was quite easy to be having the guys on board when it came down to performance despite all this schedule that we had. For us, we treated every game as a practice experience, especially the promotion tournament. When it came down, our focus was of course on the CBLOL. We wanted to... To win, of course, the league, right? So the promotion was just a process of testing ground for us. We're using it more as fuel to be better when it comes down to our preparation for BO5s. And once we had secured also the Worlds spot, we treated it more as a chance for us to increase more our champion pool. So everything was just a training process for us. The mentality was good. There was no pressure when it came down to those games. We were like, if we do good, we're doing good. We are the champions of the league, so we shouldn't be treating those games like of too high importance. But of course we wanted to become better and stronger as a team. So yeah, everything, despite the heavy schedule, was just a matter of us becoming more consistent. And yes, the fatigue was the main issue. I won't say mental. I think we were playing too many games and we were traveling at the same time while also having to play those games. So, thankfully, since we became champs, we had some days a bit to rest, but still, it's not enough when you're playing so many games in so many few days.

DecepcionDRango (La Tertulia)

Ackerman, you were making some faces. Do you want to add something to what Enatron's said?

Ackerman

In personal, I think it was a bit stressful for me. I think it was too many games in a row, so it was kind of boring and I didn't know how to approach these games because there are really different teams, you know, FURIA and these teams on PR. I was trying to not lose my mind, I was trying to stay focused and keep improving, I didn't think too much.

DecepcionDRango (La Tertulia)

Thanks, guys.

JordiLMK

Bouzys

Hello, I'm Bouzys and I will be reading the questions from Mais Esports. The first one, for both, you played the entire CBLOL playoffs on patch 26.17. Did you notice any major shifts in the meta?

Enatron

I mean for sure there are some changes but I wouldn't say that the changes are that dramatic. I think some champions just shift a bit in the tier list when it comes down to our preparation. Thankfully the game, the map, the timers, these things haven't changed so we're not like so out of the water, let's put it like this. But for sure, we need to check more matchups, have a bit better idea. Because, as you said, we have been playing for one month on the same patch. So, on that patch, we're in a very good spot, but right now we still have to figure out some numbers and some changes to see how high or how low on the tier list some of our champions have been.

Bouzys

Ok, thank you. And the second question, for both but especially for Ackerman, many fans were concerned about how the 2v2 matchups in the bot lane during the CBLOL final and the final stretch of the relegation stage... Do you think there was an specific reason why you and Duduhh experienced such inconsistency in the botlane during the opening minutes? Puedes responder en castellano si quieres.

Ackerman

Bouzys

Muchas gracias.

JordiLMK

Vale, tenemos tiempo para una segunda ronda. It's time again for Maxpujs from Sheep Esports.

Maxpujs (Sheep Esports)

Hey guys, again my question is for Enatron this time. With FURIA being eliminated in the play-in, do you guys feel an added responsibility to represent the CBLOL at Worlds and what would a strong performance mean for the Brazilian scene? And also, Enatron, you will face some familiar faces during Worlds. Is there any particular player you are especially looking forward to facing? Like Labrov, BrokenBlade or Isles? Thank you.

Enatron

I mean, first of all, I wouldn't say that we are feeling a heavy responsibility because FURIA is out. We treat this tournament... For ourselves, for us to become better, so a better face, for us to see how much we grow up during this year. Ideally, if we can get also... More wins than Brazil had achieved before would be a very good story, a very good legacy story for us. But this is not the pressure we're putting on ourselves. The pressure we put on ourselves is to show how good we can be as players, as individuals, as a team. And that's our biggest goal right now. This is what we're training for. This is what we are aiming for going into these official games. When it comes down to facing a team... I mean, there are many friends, many familiar faces in other teams. I think the G2 squad, because there is BrokenBlade and Labrov there, I would like to face those guys because they are friends from the past. Besides that... Competing versus LCK and LPL though is... I think what it means to be a competitor as coming from Brazil and facing those teams is a great test for all of us, for us coaches when it comes down to the team preparation and also for the players when it comes down to their gameplay. The stronger the opponent, the better for us to test ourselves. And if I have to face a friend, probably it's going to be the G2 guys.

Maxpujs (Sheep Esports)

Thank you so much.

Fuza (Distrito eSports)

Fuza (Distrito eSports)

Gracias.

JordiLMK

Le toca a La Tertulia.

DecepcionDRango (La Tertulia)

So, Enatron, this one is for you again. The team has reached Worlds 2026 main event with a very young roster. Also, Duduhh won the Breakout Player Award at the age of just 18 years. How was the experience of working with this youngster team? And how would you rate the revolution as players and performs during the year?

Enatron

When we first made the project, Duduhh was the first player to be already on the roster. At that time we were planning to be in the Division 2 and actually help Duduhh to grow up properly through the Division 2. I'm very grateful to Duduhh because despite the pressure, despite being suddenly in the Division 1 from the Division 2 and performed the way he did. I'm very grateful to him for being able to deal with this pressure, for being able to deal with sometimes harsh criticism, other from us coaching staff or the teammates. I think he's very lucky too to have such great people around him, especially Ackerman here. I think he had great guidance inside the game. I think also Invokid was doing a very good job when it came down to helping him understand concepts inside the game. If you have a good mind, a great mindset and people around you that can support you and you're not lazy, I think this is a good combination of him growing up and I think... From the day one to today, he has grown up a lot as a player. He still has a long way, in my opinion, to go. People have been talking about consistency, versatility. I think he still needs to mature even more in his role, to be a more solid carry threat from our side. But still he is on the right track, he's on a good terms. And yeah, I think he's growing up to be an exceptional player. Same for the rest of the group, to be honest, though. It's not only Duduhh. I think everyone has grown up when it comes down to their progress. Everyone had the small issues from the day one to today and they are all fixing those issues and I think that's the reason why we ended up being the champion. It's always a fight against ourselves and everyone has been tackling small mistakes and becoming better. And hopefully we get to show this also on the big stage here at Worlds now.

DecepcionDRango (La Tertulia)

Thanks for the answer.

JordiLMK

Max from Sheep Esports told me that he has two more questions and we are good on timing. So, Max, your final question, just one.

Maxpujs (Sheep Esports)

Ok, coming into the next game against T1, I would like to know what excites you guys the most about this matchup? And what are you most looking forward to when facing one of the most successful teams in LoL history? For both.

Ackerman

So for me, I'm a bit excited to face T1 again. I think it's a really huge opportunity for everyone. I think it's, I don't know, I think all my teammates and it's their first time to face them. I think it's really, really huge. So, my aim, I want to win, of course. I think it's, I'm really, I mean, I know it's a really hard team, no, but... I know, I believe we can make the surprise. I know we are the underdog. We're supposed to be the worst team here, but for us, that's... Make it easy, because we don't feel any pressure. We should go and play our game and I'm pretty sure our game sometimes is, when we are connected between each other, it's really, really easy. So I hope we can show that. At the end, our goal is to go more far in the tournament. I don't know if it's the next playoff or something, but for us, I want to beat T1 and then keep playing against the asiatics.

Maxpujs (Sheep Esports)

Enatron, you have something to add?

Enatron

I mean for me from a coach perspective as I said before is all about how we can show a good face as a team. Ackerman mentioned connectivity and proximity. I think it's going to be very important this type of games. It's a good challenge also for us as coaching staff to be playing versus a top three team from LCK to see how our read on the meta, how our preparation is going to work against them. Players have a challenge in the rift, we have a challenge off the rift and I think all of us we are as excited and hopefully... We are tackling our issues and we are able to connect properly and actually even have a chance. It's a BO1, we are the underdogs, we have no pressure, but we just want to show a good face because we know we can do that.

Maxpujs (Sheep Esports)

Thank you so much and good luck.

JordiLMK

We have the last question from Bouzys from the community on Twitter. Bouzys, it's your turn.

Bouzys

Ok, the fans want to know if you see the possibility of the CBLOL becoming the third best region in the world. Or more.

Enatron

It's like if we can become the third best region in the world. Actually no, there is EU. I can't say for that. I have been to both LCS and now in Brazil too. I think there is a good talent in Brazil. I don't think they should be jeaulous in terms of talent. I think it's all about preparation, consistency and direction, in all honesty.

Enatron

As long as CBLOL is able to have the right people in the right positions to help that talent, I think there is a good chance for CBLOL to grow on the ladder. I can't say if it's going to end up becoming the third best region in the world or something like that. But for sure the gap is closing. We saw FURIA vs Cloud9, us in EWC vs LYON. I think, for example, the Americas regions at least, right now, we are... close, not super close, but still it's a close fight when it comes down to that. So the fourth spot I think is shaky. When it comes to the top three, there is still I think way to go when it comes down to consistency to face in those regions there.

Bouzys

Thank you.

Enatron

Thank you.

JordiLMK

And for the last moments, Enatron and Ackerman, if you want to say something to the LØS fans or the community in general, it's your turn to make the last sentence for the press conference.

Ackerman

I will say in Spanish.

JordiLMK

Muchas gracias, Ackerman. Thank you so much, Enatron. And again, thanks LØS for coming. Thank you Enatron, thank you Ackerman. Nos vemos en la siguiente, gente. Chao, chao.
